Ordering: When you place an order, we need to know your full name, mailing address, billing address, email address. Your credit card number and its expiration date will not be visible to our staff, so your information will be secure. All of this information is necessary for us to complete the transaction and notify you of your order status. If you are ordering for the first time, we also require that you create an account on our site. Finally, we maintain a history of the products you have ordered.
Registration
When you register a YOWE Apparel account with us, you must choose a username and password to access your account. You must also provide your name, street address, and email address so that we may contact you, when necessary, concerning activity that is relevant to your account. Finally, in order to comply with The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), you must provide your date of birth to confirm that you are 13 years of age or older.
Children’s Privacy
If you are a child under 13 years of age, we and COPPA require that your parents be informed of your intent to order.
Use of Information
We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If you have created a Username and Password to the site we may use your purchase history to personalize special offers and promotions.
